Update For Chicago

Ran 18 miles Saturday training for the Chicago Marathon, I made it over 16 miles before I had to stop and walk. My goal is to run the entire 26.2 mile course without having to stop and walk. In order to accomplish this I have designed an advanced training program that makes have to run over 20 miles a couple of times before the Marathon.
I have decided to sign up for a Certified Personal Trainer course through ACE and it is offered here locally. I do not do very good with Internet courses, I seem to have this need to be held accountable.

  1. Way to go on your run! That’s hardcore wanting to push out a couple 20 milers before the big day. Make sure you rest up well for those runs! :-)
