Training Plan

I ran a little over 3.6 miles today, outside at a slower pace, it felt pretty good acutally. I shouldn't be too upset with myself, because that means in two days I ran a total of 18.1 miles, not too shabby. My plan for the coming week is to run a series of shorter runs 3 to 3.5 miles  and then on Saturday try for 20 miles.
