I have accomplished losing approximately 60 pounds by not just running, but by eating more fresh fruit and vegetables, unsalted nuts and lean cuts of meat. I have cut back on sodium, junk food, foods with a high fat content, sugar and red meat.
Today I am also experimenting with a free app for my iPhone that allows me to update my blog from virtually anywhere. My training agenda for today is still a shorter run approximately 3 miles but at a faster pace than yesterday.
Any suggestions?

Can you give me an outline of what you eat on a typical day for each meal?
