I have to say that I love to run but it is hard on my knees. However, I am a speedy walker (12:30 mile) and try to push myself to walk as fast as I can. I do manage to creak out a 5K from my knees here and there though!Diane 150 Pounds Gone Foreverhttp://www.fittothefinish.com/blognoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4385641046647712452.post-78285650766373868962013-03-28T20:50:09.055-07:002013-03-28T20:50:09.055-07:00Great!

As you probably know, I was 54 when I started running. Never had any medical check-up, never had any plan (didn't know such things existed), just went out and did it. I loved being in the great outdoors, running the high hills and experiencing that wonderful feeling of freedom. I'm still doing it coming up 81 years old, still enjoying it and still thinking it's the best thing I ever did.<br /> oldrunningfox.https://www.blogger.com/profile/12113281696954817545noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4385641046647712452.post-50871715117233266002013-03-28T04:22:02.173-07:002013-03-28T04:22:02.173-07:00Well said.
